Shipping & Processing

We’re working hard to ship your order as soon as possible. It means a lot to us that you care enough about the PlayOn1A brand to make it part of your daily lifestyle. PlayOn1A is committed to EVERY customer’s complete satisfaction.

Orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped Monday through Friday. All packages ship either UPS or United States Postal Service and typically take 3 - 5 business days, depending upon your location. No international shipping is available at this time.

Shipping charges are a flat rate based upon the item(s) purchased. The flat rate for shipping t-shirts anywhere in the U.S. is $4.75. The flat rate for shipping sweatshirts anywhere in the U.S. is $9.00. Flat rates for shipping cycling jerseys anywhere in the U.S. is $5.00.

Returns

7-day return policy: All returns and refunds are valid within 7 days of delivery for online purchases. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn.

Credit: Items purchased with a credit or debit card are refunded to your original form of payment. Shipping costs: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping (exceptions include manufacturer’s defects, items damaged in shipping, and incorrect items).

Processing times: Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return.

Exchanges: If you want to obtain a different size of the same item previously ordered, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.

Exceptions:

• Items delivered more than 7 days from date of return.
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way that would prevent them from being sold as new.
• Items purchased from a third party (i.e. not from our website)
• Items purchased on final sale (i.e the sales section of our website)
